11/20/2017 9:46:13 PM this computer is in my second home and has a slow DSL connection. Frontier.Net so I don't expect high speed internet. so far I haven't had to reboot. I'll know better in a few days.

1/8/2018 7:07:09 PM Computer is a lot newew than the computer we had, so screens look and operate very differently, still trying to figure out how to operate, been trying for two days now just to get the programs uploading and working. Very frustrating, so right now I am very much unsatisfied - no directions provided in the box for installation instructions. Computer should be OK, once we relearn on how to operation the updaated version.

1/20/2018 9:58:03 AM Prior computer purchased approx. two weeks ago for 2018 had to be replaced when it crashed? Had the blue screen of death - so store gave us new replacement computer to replace it. So far this replacement computer seems to be working alright - We needed to install pc matic on this replacement computer and will see what happens. Store kept the crashed computer to send back to company. Had the store remove the McAfee software which was pre-loaded on the computer and kept only the Windows defender security center which was included with Windows 10. So we will have Windows defender and PC matic running on the computer. I read from researching on the computer that Mcafee virus software and Windows 10 may not be compatible - maybe this contributed to the computer crashing or the fact that three different virus programs were on the computer. We did not know that Mcafee was automatically installed on the computer - even though when setting the computer up we chose to not install it. Hope everything goes good with this new computer. Sorry for such a long comment - we do not have that much computer knowledge and are just very frustrated so far with all the problems we have had.
