On ocation they have worked on my computer and without a check I am suppose to give them a rating. Many times the fix that they did did not fix my computer. Supply them with a program that will tell them if what they did fiex the problem.

8/29/2014 3:48:41 PM It's old and slow amd O cam't afford to upgrade it or even go to Windows 7. I am a Veteran, and as a Volunteer I teach Basic Computers. If they pass the course they get a free computer. Now it is not a new one we take Donated computers (usually from people that have bought a new one). 30% of them do not even work, We clean them up, SCRUB the disk with a DOD Scrubber so there is no chance of someone getting someone elses data, and if it needs repair we use other computers for the spare parts to fix them. I also do the repairs so this one is one that I repaired with Spare Parts. It works but it is not great.
