8/27/2014 2:24:00 PM I lost use of PCMatic in a severe crash of my computer. I emailed a request for procedures to restore it. It was done automatically with practically no effort or action on my part. It was the most perfect and speedy recovery a computer that I have ever experienced - and I have been using them for a long time. It was almost unbelieveable. I sure am glad that I am dealing with an Amereican Company!! Thanks!!

12/3/2014 11:23:37 AM Seems to be working. However several website applets appear as "Page Can't be Displayed" in my right menu afer I apply fixes and updates. Super Shield didn't download the first time on the other computer I installed this on but I think it downloaded and installed after the reboot.

I believe they told me that it was like a dual core, but I'm not sure. Maybe you can assist me in determining what I have because I have had some problems with it and may want to purchase a replacement processor for it. It does run slowly at times and I believe that your software, Optimize 3.0, has helped. Sometimes, when it runs slowly, rebooting does help it. I just don't think I should be having this type of problem with it. Anyway, thank you for any help you might be able to provide.

I use my HP laptop which came with Windows 10, but we have no alternative for internet access other than broadband in this rural area. When kids get out of school and on the computers it slows us way down and the computer reboots itself several times a day because of Netgear poor access to broadband.
