8/15/2015 2:32:31 PM Has been prone to locking up shortly after started when programs are started. Message "not responding" appears and sometimes clear on its own, sometimes Task Manager must be started and then cancelled to clear the lockup.

12/8/2014 1:34:45 PM I custom ordered the items I thought would be important when it was built... RAM, Graphics, Cashe etc... The results have been great with the machine so far... I rarely lag, can be in VERY LARGE MMO fights and keep highest settings (Darkfall UW)... My weak link is probably my DSL connection limited to 4-5 mbps (I'm a mile from the DSL switching station and their tech said that is on the border of beeing too far...) Streaming my favorite news channel from the second computer while im on the first pauses ALOT...

2/26/2016 6:24:54 AM I replaced a crashed drive with a 2 TB solid state drive, and a new Strox vodop card. When the new gear was installed I was told that PC Matic was a poor choice, and that I should install Avast. They removed PCM. I hated it. Wouldn't even do a defrag without having to buy an add on. By the way you show my computer as running on Windows 8...it's not. It runds on windows 10.

11/5/2015 3:40:05 AM Ever since I installed Windows 10, I have been getting "blue screen" crashes when running graphic intense games (even at minimum graphic and resolution settings). The only way I have found to continue is to use the power button on my PC to turn it off.

7/6/2017 6:27:58 AM I tried Windows 10 64 bit and I got hacked 3 times I had to buy a new hard drive and had to fight to get it working because of how bad it got messed up using windows 10. I will not advise anyone to use that version of windows and thay finally had to admit they had problems with it I have a 1 terabyte hard drive I have to get fixed I tried to format it but somehow there is 3 partitions and I can't get them to open and the largest is claimed as microsoft's property so I boght a 3 terabyte hard drive to replace it. but with windows 10 it was constantly bogging down and shutting off. this makes the 3rd time I have rebuilt this computer.

Gci technition testing our system result: supplied speed was correct, he hooked up our ethernet cable to his laptop and speed was confirmed 750 Mbps. Our system will not go above 230 Mbps. Speednet tests are significantly different on the GCI vs. ACS server, 230 Mbps vs 75 Mbps. I would appreciate if one of your technition would test our system in our home.

I just hope pcmatic getts better and if something does get throu again pcmatic is changed so it is able to fix the problems no matter what...

11/17/2019 6:21:05 AM Had a total network meltdown. A virus you failed to detect, norton failed to detect, and windows failed to detect. Was detected by Acronis when I went to do the quarterly all systems backup. That kicked the Baofeng virus into high gear. It stripped the three letters after the period in a file name. it stripped those three letters off every file on every computer here. win.exe, looked like, win. turned all the systems into alphabet soup.

I can't be satisfied with the computer as PC Matic is not reliable enough to tell me the computers state of operation. I have downloaded PC Matic 5 times now and get the same result (or lack of) each time. I'm using a brand new SSD in this computer.

Its origin was China, it came in an update for a BAOFENG 2-Way radio system I own. Norton did not catch it, Windows Defender did not catch it, and PC MATIC DID NOT CATCH IT!!!!!!
