12/3/2012 1:49:49 PM when I tried to download the program it said it could not start or run due to incompatibility with 64 bit versions of Windows, and to contact the software vendor to ask if a 64 bit Windows compatible version was available. Well, I don't know any other way of contacting you so please let me know if you DO have the version I need or refund me my money. As to whether my computer is running faster, I don't know because I can't run my computer until this scrren gets off. Right now I'm very annoyed. Anne Venier
