4/18/2016 5:56:54 PM	I purchased the PC Matic program 2014/2015 however never download and ran the program because I deployed overseas before I completed the process because I was busy during that time and did not think of it and trying to access while overseas I could not even though I received daily emails from PC Matic. That I am sure was do to my purchase an providing my email during the time of purchase. I'd like to recommend that PC matic provide an 1-800 number in your advertizing online/emails for it would be a positive benefit to customers that may have or had a similar situation as myself.	3.00 out of 4
