12/8/2019 9:24:14 AM Some programs are becoming slower to open. My VLC video player is slow to open. I can't remmember exactly when I purchased the computer. It was 2013 or 2014 I believe.

8/14/2015 10:02:00 PM no problems with home network security until I renewed my Avast contract on 8-9-15, then I received many security alerts from Avast ranging from my router was infected to weak password on network router. I called them & they wanted to charge me $179 additional to correct. I called AT&T U-verse and they installed a new WiFi router. The old & new routers have encrypted passwords, so AT&T thought Avast was trying to scare me to sell me additional services. The AT&T Tech. recommended PC Matic to handle my computer's security. I still have Avast on my computers and do not know how to disable their security while PC Matic is operating. The biggest problem I have with this pc is not always beong able to print wireless from the web. It takes me hours to correct the problem.
