2/16/2019 10:49:49 AM I am getting a "blue-screen" from time to time that shuts down my computer. I do not know why this is happening. Other anti-virus programs I have, have not indicated any threats or viruses.

2/1/2018 9:26:18 PM It shuts itself off for no apparent reasons and restarts at various times throughout the day whether it's sitting idle or in use.

2/28/2018 8:40:19 AM This computer shut down and was unable to restart last week after i run PC Matic scan. The keyboard and mouse would not respond so I took the computer in for repair. Cost me 200 bucks to have the computer wiped out and windows reinstalled. They were unable to tell me why it happened. Just letting you know in case someone else has the problem.
