1/14/2016 11:16:10 PM I found the process for download and usage very complicated. I would have imaginged that after the purchse, a simple click of a download button would install the programs i purchased. i was blind trying to download the program. i also purchased PC magnum Home and do not know if it has been downloaded or not. Very confusing and not sure i have this thing working properly. Will try for a while but certainly not impressed with how this process has gone so far. I have worked with computers for over 30 years and feel I am fairly competent with computer programs.

3/18/2015 1:52:19 PM I just had work on the computer completed the mother board had to be repalced. it is the same HP touch smart I had registered before with you guys but it is now labled Cathys PC instead of Dennis's. Can you please update your records to show that it the same computer? Thank you for your time with this matter.
