12/28/2011 6:57:12 PM I had a complete shut down and the hard drive was destroyed. I had to purchase Windows 7 as Xp is no longer available. I hate Windows 7 but my computer then failed again. I brought it back up and had the issues I am having which prompted me to use your product. Very disappointed there is nothing FREE about your product as your advertising misleads the viewer, but I am desparate to get this PC running again and continue my ebay sales
