It slows down the pc down When system starts up it takes several minutes and starting Outlook can take several shut downs and restarts of the program before it comes up. I do not use the CA email virus scanner because it really crawls then.

12/9/2009 2:48:10 PM I canot use Internet Explorer. It will not open and I receive a message that IE has closed a number of programs and needs to close. It asks that I submit an error repor, but nothing is ever given me as the reason for the closer.

1/9/2010 8:13:46 PM The primary issue was the first four weeks of purchase new - restored the system five times and many hours with techs to resolve operating issues. I believe the machine was a badly refurbished computer even thought I bought it as new from Computer City.
