I cannot access the entire prgroam and I am not going to pay for services that i ahev already paid for. Can you pleasse remedy this issue?

10/11/2009 1:05:33 PM The computer has been having a problem when logged on to the internet. We get a pop up saying that there is a problem and gives 3 options at bottom of pop up. (Debug, send report, and don't send)
