I CAN'T UPDATE TO NEW VERSION'S OF SOME OTHER PAID PROGRAMS LIKE PC PITSTOP ALSO. I THOUGHT MY FULL RECOVERY DISK'S WOULD REINSTALL WINDOW'S SO MAYBE DISK DRIVE DAMAGED?? cAN YOU ADVISE?? OR IDENTIFY DISK OR FILE DAMAGE?
