11/27/2017 11:09:33 AM I love to listen to music. This computer makes harder to listen to music compared to POP, my other computer. With POP, I can use Windows Media Player. On this compupter, I have to reinstall Media Player everytime I reboot. Why? Can you fix?

It also takes a freaking long time to pull up my Microsoft office 2007 addition which I paid dearly for, and don't want to pay again for new version. I am retired now, and don't need it as before, but still frustrating.

If they cannot satisfy my very resonable demands, I will take it back to the Store! Windows 10 is like 12 747's colliding in mid air !!! My Old 2007 Vista died, but it leaves this one in the dust!! My original Windows 95 w/13" Monitor was faster & with one hell of a lot less issues!!
