4/30/2014 5:07:33 PM Purchased a new tower at a flea market. Was told it had a verified Windows program on in but when I got home and started using it was not the case. Had to purchase a new Windows program and Windows helped to install it but didn't remove the old Windows program and it has slowed down this computer considerably.

I have come quite proficient at formating this computer
