10/18/2017 9:09:59 AM I cannot shut down computer. As soon as I l/click my windows icon at bottom left of screen, a window comes up saying critical error and sends my back to my login screen. I caanot access my windows programs/pictures or turn off computer unless depressing off/on switch to override and turn off.
