10/3/2010 11:50:01 AM This unit has been dependable other than a cooling fan failure once. The card slots for SD used to work well by placing the card directly into the slots but now will not work. Digital camera card mostly the problem. Have to use the camera usb to transfer files.

11/18/2012 12:49:55 PM This is a Cisnet Brand and it has been very reliable with only a cooling fan failure once. The best part of this system is the PC Angel reset program that has been a valuable tool to reset the system to factory settings.
