6/14/2015 8:32:44 AM I recieved a phone call from "Microsoft" yesterday; they informed me that my computer was about to crash, was full of malware and needed an emregency cleaning, they wanted $200 bucks to do it. This is the second time in 6 months they have done this, the first time I allowed them to fix it. The $200 dollars was for a full year of protection; when I told him I still had 6 months left, he dissagreed and wanted payment. I feel I have been taken advantage of. I ran the cleaning routine myself yesterday and signed up with PC Matic this morning. Wish I had done this years ago.

1/30/2015 11:51:26 PM It's a laptop with a 16" or 17" screen. Heavy, but it dowsn't go anywhere. It replaces a desk top. Perfect for a couple that lives on a boat.
