12/30/2016 9:52:13 AM this PC was very slow. then AV free put on a program to speed it up, and it did. that caused me to want virus protection that included a speed up. i liked your ads on fox and went on line to determine that yo included speed up so i got it. my PROBLEM was that i misstated my email so i spent the rest of the day trying to get the program to run. this morning your DOUG BENDER #WVU-535-92318 corrected the problem.

The Radeon can't work independently and this lowers the performance of graphics and prevents external monitor from getting DirectX if the Intel is closed (you have to leave the laptop's screen on to get DirectX on an external HDMI monitor.

However, after it shows all windows updates are installed it reverts back to needing windows update required every single time the computer is rebooted. And the total defense is still a disaster and will not let us log into the account from withing the program :"My Account" link on top of Total Defense splash screen.

I called PC matic and they said it wasn't their problem, Microsoft said the same thing. i bought another computer and everything works good. I cleaned the old computer upgraded to Windows 10 which is the one I'm useing now. PC matic needs to have a way of helping their customers when a widows update goes bad! Also need to not recommed having the recovery points removed during the scan

It has not worked correctly since. Does not read SD cards, thumbdrives, etc. Does not recognize printer installation software. Very frustrating indeed!
