9/12/2014 12:42:03 PM First hard drive crashed after a year of giving me a LOT of problems. Dell finallhy authorized installation of new replacement drive. Hope it works better than the one that came with the new computer.

4/18/2014 2:38:06 PM The outer ridge on the keyboard is abrasive. My old laptop had a rounder edge that is more comfortable. Other than that it appears ok (only having foe a week). While installing Open Office, I think that I picked up something, hopefully,Total Defence will resolve.
