All other household pcs make immediate connection, this one takes a while to get going. My husband is totally frustrated and seldom uses this device for that reason. I am concerned that PC Matic keeps turning off and may not be protecting my computer and may be allowing viruses and malware to go unchecked. I hope that the factory reset works because I didn't receive satisfactory help from PC Matic.
