12/25/2010 6:22:48 PM I have encountered few 'serious' issues with this computer since purchasing it from Dell in about 2002. I have, however, reformatted the hard drive several times, and used system restore to deal with occasional bugs it picked up through internet use. It hasn't been the victim, to my knowledge, of any 'crippling' viruses. I attribute most of its problems at the moment with age, and my limited computer technical knowledge.
