12/22/2011 3:06:03 AM Recently having problem of my Windows Firewall not being on when I start up my PC (every time). I'm notified that I am at risk and when I try to activate it from the window that comes up, I am unable to turn the firewall on. So, I then go to the Control Panel and that takes quite awhile to allow me to scroll down to the Firewall icon. I click on it and sometimes it will allow me to turn it on and other times it won't and gives me an error message that I am unable to turn it on.

4/14/2012 10:06:11 AM This PC overall has been very good. It has been running slowly in the last year and hopefully downloading and using PC Matic will help. The only major drawback to this PC is that the screen is very dim when running on battery power. Again, for it's age this PC has been pretty good.

I had wanted to save the info that showed the results and before I could it disappeared, so I think a file should be saved for the past history of what the process does each time and allow to delete later

2/27/2018 9:26:55 AM glitches in your program disabled my mouse on my other computer and im seeing if it will affect this one while taking advantage of the 5 computer policy,havnt heard from my PC repair guy yet but he says 4,5 computers with your anti virus,malware have disabled mouses that they have in their shop

I remembered that I have PC Matic on an older model desktop that I used and it made a recognizable difference in the performance on that. I thought it would be a good idea to run a scaan on this laptop to see if I can get better performance. Ron

Internet provider claims times are acceptable although should be provideing 15 Mb/s download. Would like to show if part of problem with internet provider. Would also like to know how to improve performance of computer.

5/14/2015 5:53:54 PM This Dell has become increasingly slow; perhaps PC Matic can help. Only a few windows can be open at once. Antivirus, file cleanup and defrags are done weekly. Sometimes even a Word document 'freezes'! I'm not certain of the purchase date. Bill Drews
