9/30/2016 7:12:35 PM Custom built at Dell in 2011 this Laptop has an Intel I5 CPU that makes 2.86 GHz.Has a SATA 500GB 75,000 RPM HDD with backwards compatible 3.0 USB and 3.0 Bluetooth Ports. 16:9 Aspect Ratio 15.6" Screen. Stereo sound...much more.Runs great.

8/7/2014 2:27:16 PM It's my Roady and backup machine. It gets the most amount of abuse and the least amount of love. But it's always there for me. Had it custom built in 2011. Couldn't get the i7 quad core CPU then. This 2nd Gen i5 quad core gives me 2.65GHz at least and a couple 3.0 USB ports plus 3.0 Bluetooth all backwards compatible. Special 2.0 Mega Pixel camera and more, more, more.

3/27/2013 12:03:40 PM I am satisfied with this PC, but not the tech support that came with it. They (tech support) are unable to solve a problem without creating another one. In this case, the problem was with the internet connection, which got fixed, but the line of communication between the computer and the printer got broken leaving unable to print anything. Also, there is not tab under the printer properties that has to do with fixing this problem.
