I am not computer literate (trying to learn) so any help I can get helps. PC Matic is most helpful, wish it was faster but not complaining, it makes my computer better.

I still have the backup disk they sent -- but I asked for a refund. After the refund I spoke with one of their senior techs and with all the trouble word 2013 64 bit is giving I may re-purchase WP PRO and go with their lead tech to get it properly ninstalled. Even your pcmatic \and mugnum programs recognize there isx z problem in office 2013.

I tried it several times and everythime it failed. So I started from scratch. I rebuilt the laptop to factory settings to windows 8, then upgraded it to 8.1 and from there I upgraded it to Windows 10 finishing today. Before I rebuilt it it ran like crap anyway.

Anyway, this was computer was "formerly" listed as "Saint Luke" by PC Matic but when I re-installed PC Matic, it was listed by PC Matic with a differnet designation while "Saint Luke" remained on the list. So one cnmputer-- the HP-- was listedf twice. I clicked the "old" "Saint Luke" computer off the list. Make sense? Probably not. Anyway, this HP computer was purchased when the "Saint Luke" HP computer, since they're one and the same. 2013?
