8/26/2016 6:41:37 PM I very recently bought a new computer and it came with Webroot. So I didn't install PC Matic. Big mistake! After about 1 month of owning my new computer I started seeing pop up ads and knew I had enabled pop up blocker. Just downloaded PC Matic again and will not ever change again. Thank you PC Matic Staff for all your work. You all rock!

5/2/2018 10:39:31 AM Had Windows 7 befor this pc really liked it. This pc has windows 10 I'm not very pc literate and this pc seems to have a mind of its own. When downloading photos it puts them where it wants them and it takes a while to find them. Long story short. I hate it.

6/13/2017 12:34:28 AM when you were scanning my computer while I was on eBay I saw a screen flash with multiple colors and it looked like a kalidescope. What could have caused this? I believe I may have been hacked by a russian person. They made a winning bid on my auction then did not pay. I have heard that this is how they get into peoples computers. Can you help me fix it?
