3/12/2014 3:01:52 PM Bought this HP EliteBook 6930p laptop refurbished from TigerDirect.com online. The online sales person also sold me the anti-virus software Total Defense. I am supposed to receive a AMEX giftcard for $70.00 since I agreed to purchase the software. I have yet to receive the giftcard.

5/20/2014 1:55:28 PM I am satisfied with this computer, the HP Elite Book 6930p, as the answers to your questions indicate, but very disatisfied with the HP Desktop computer with the Email address of [email protected]. It has been running very slowly. Internet Explorer and AOL have been unresponsive a lot of the time. Yes, we have had to reboot that computer very frequently. That is the main reason we are purchasing PC Matic. We are hoping that this download will fix the problems we are having with that computer, as we have followed directions received from technical support.
