I was not able to get Office or PCMatic reinstalled so I did not use. I have no idea how it is running or if it locks up. It shouldn"t since Windows was reinstalled after cleaning up the virus.

6/26/2019 8:11:55 PM This computer randomly looses connection to the internet about every 2-10 minutes, yet reconnects on its own after about 7-45 minutes. The previous unit, or computer of the same model, had a similar problem yet a much worse reaction than this current one. A hard network reset did not, and will not, fix the connection problems this model has been facing. Besides the internet connection issues, the computer is running smoothly and efficiently.

My ex husband is an IT person and it could have been him, I'm sure it was but hard to prove. I want the Remoting In stopped -- same with the any phone app, he had the phone app running on the computer.
