4/19/2022 3:56:12 PM Laptop computer uses Windows 10. In configuring the computer before adding PC Matic I has to deal with the "S Mode" which allows Apps to run on the machine. Once loaded the machine accepted PC Matic. Feel you should cover this "S function" in "Add PC Matic" video.

7/21/2022 5:41:52 AM yesterday I thought the device had a virus. The screen was all mixed colours and was moving in all directions. I think it may have been the wifi provider (Rogers.ca) but was not sure. This a.m. I tried the machine again, it booted up and my first stop was PC Matic. When I opened up the site it was like I was new to the site.

12/10/2021 5:27:07 AM This laptop is much newer than my old one and Microsoft has an "S" mode protection and it tokk me a while to figure out that I could turn that off. It would not let me download anything that wasn't a Microsoft approved product. I have had PC Matic for several years and wanted it on this new computer as I am very satisfied with PC Matic.

3/5/2023 5:12:00 PM It seems like there are too many controls installed that don't allow the freedom to do other than what they want you to do. Like requiring use of only apps in the app store and also requiring a Pin @ to sign in. It won't allow you to get rid of the Pin Sign-In requirement.

9/21/2022 2:14:40 PM laptop would not reboot within the first 3 months. i was forced to buy a new laptop that is having loss of the selection arrow problem. in desperation i tried this laptop once again. it updated and luckily was working again

1/4/2023 4:37:58 PM Brand new laptop, just purchased last month, December 2022. It was a windows 11 in S mode, and I ended up taking it out of S mode when I realized it wasn't able to function properly. The same odd AMD windows OS files dated 7 May 2022 were transferred onto this computer somehow - even though it runs an Intel processor and nothing AMD came on this laptop.
