I don't recall any lock ups or having to reboot other than requested by a software upgrade. I'm old school learning new tasks and have become very adapt to fast computers. Consequently accessed Premier PC Support, with which I have life-of-PC subscription (via QVC). Their techs found and eliminated some malware and other problems. PC appears to be running OK now, but have installed PC Matic as preventive measure. Expect to replace Norton with real-time PC Matic anti-malware (SuperShield). How do I obtain Windows recognition of SuperShield following disablement and uninstall of Norton Internt Security--such that I don't get continuous security alarm from Windows???	4.00 out of 4
