11/6/2010 10:01:02 AM The internal wireless card stopped working about 18 months ago, which is an HP flaw, I found out. Anyway, I purchased an external wireless card which has worked fine up until now. Now, it picks up the signal from wherever I am, but fails to connect...however, the computer will connect with an ethernet cord like it is hooked to right now. Very frustrating. As for speed, it takes several minutes to boot up, and is clearly saddled with something bogging it down. I installed Norton 360 in the past 3 months thinking that would help, but not so much. HELP ME!!!

2/21/2010 12:33:14 AM HP made a poor laptop DV6000 Entertainment Series is undependable... the MOBO is plain bad, the wifi no longer works, im using a mini WiFi USB dongle... now the USB ports are starting to fail... another negative point is the DV6448se has Win Vista as its OS, what more do i need to say.
