LATELY IT'S BEEN STALLING, HANGING UP AND JUST OUT OF SORTS. IT'S NOT AS FAST AS IT USED TO BE AND EVEN THOUGH I HAVE COMCAST BROADBAND, AT TIMES I FEEL LIKE A SLOWSKI TURTLE.

2/3/2010 9:19:31 AM Unfortunately I had a tech increase my hard drive on my 32 bit. He installed a 64 bit and I have had trouoble since and had to install updates. There are a few problems that will not take a 64 bit and no updates to solve my problem. I am furious at this tech, to say the least. He should have checked my laptop and checked the upgrade on the drive he installed.

Still all in all I have been satisfifed.

9/6/2009 12:54:46 AM My expectations were not that high. I bought as a back up computer and something for my girlfriend to fart around on the web with. It has performed better than I expected until recently when she got it in her head to go to Kazaa, Limewire and Pirates Bay to download music. It got bogged down nobody told me. My computer crashed this weekend I got the Windows Police Pro virus and needed this computer to research a fix and download various items and the thing really started to deteriorate on me until the screen was flashing and I could barely navigate the web. So now I am working to tweak it so some of its old performance will come back. I must admit it has been sorely neglected I dont use it much out of site out of mind and she doesn't know any better she was never told.

They made the same stupid management/software development mistakes that have been made repeatedly and documented in the past with other software successes that were put into a tailspin by so called management. 12/6/2009 11:50:46 PM Can't seem to clean it up, bought uniblue Registry Booster, your Optimize3 & windows repair kit. Your reports last said get updated drivers? How? Where? Speedtest.net shows a slow upload/download. Does that mean AT&T is the problem? My DSL connection or my computer. Need more clarity or guidance for us non experts.

5/9/2013 3:45:37 PM Added total memory to 4GB which has improved it. Bootup time to long. To many dead/unused items in registry various infections of malware have made it hard work and slow. originally OK for a laptop

10/18/2009 8:37:31 AM This computer has frozen up everytime I use a program that takes a lot of video memory since the first week I owned it. I wish I had taken it back as soon as I installed my Adobe Web Premium suite. It is the worst computer I have ever owned.

9/30/2014 7:42:38 PM Pop ups take over my computer. Running slow and unstable. My firewall which I believe was on my computer was telling me there was viruses. I had Norton before and was not happy with it at all. I liked this computer so well my hard drive crashed in 2012 and put a new one in. I like the features of this computer. There are a couple of items called Clean Registry can't remember the other one that can not be uninstalled through uninstalling in adminstration.

7/12/2011 9:12:21 PM opens very very slowly. AOL takes most times 2 minutes to open and then usually locks up before loading email. My files on PC are not as bad but still very slow. Scrolling often wont move smoothly.
