And, i sent an email with support zip attached about after i ran pcmatic scan, i get the message now...everytime i sign on that says, Run DLL there was a problem starting c:\users\terri\appdata\local\crashdumps\apps\hxspoayx.dll the specified module could not be found. I never got that before. I can't remember what day it was as i'd have to find the email i sent to you about it. I can find articles on rundll error but they are all 'trial' scans. Won't tell me how to fix it without buying the program.

11/5/2011 9:26:45 AM INITIALLY, the pc had a sticky key - and it was only 2 weeks old. I did not expect this from a new pc - an HP pc, no less. As a result, I dealt with the retailer, Best Buy, and they allowed me to exchg it for an identical model, but the deal was that I buy a 2 year extended warranty - the one which includes accidental occurrences - and it was very expensive. As a result, I am not happy with it. I also do not like the number pad on the right side of the keyboard. It is almost like HP was trying to justify the 17" screen by having a keyboard sized to match. Ham-handed at best.

5/18/2011 3:18:37 PM My computer is ONLY two weeks old. Problems started within two days of purchase. It has frozen several times-in the middle of surfing the net, playing a video and several times i had to remove battery in order to turn it off. I cannot download some updates for windows. And now i cannot read some documents or what ever you want to call it, because it now says plug ins are missing. For a 2 week old PC--this is RIDICULOUS!! PLEASE HELP!!! Thank you
