1/7/2012 7:56:56 PM When it was new it worked very well. Now, however, it often locks up or freezes, and is so frustrating to use that sometimes I don't even turn it on. I don't get blue screens, and erarely black screens, but the slowness and freezes make it very frustrating to use, and often I am only able to complete one or two tasks in the course of a day.

Hopefully by using PC Matic, I can optimize the performance of this computer and then successfully perform a Windows update. I use this computer as a secondary machine because it runs older apps (Office 2003, for example) that I sometimes need to use.

Takes sometimes 30 seconds up to almost a minute to load a program, or clse it. Open Chrome, or even other programs, often results in "(not responsive)". I need to either kill the program or wait for it to load, which can then take up to few minutes, or it just hangs. Video streaming with hick-ups, cannot stream in high-quality. Youtube ok.
