6/30/2021 8:13:53 PM I cloud not get computer to make image restore that orginally had, so I went through a restore process and that corrected it. But then I had download some thing that were lost including my pc matic. that is why I amdoing this. Also I don't know why you list I have two devices, I ony have one and this it that I have pc matic on It was not purchased in 2007. It was very used gift that was given to me. It barely worked when I got it. Now, it works to my sastisfaction with help.

One of those scems attacked this computer and insisted to call their tech. so they could clear bad stuff out of the thing. Didn't do it of course. Ran the ad blocker you recommened, did not help. You need to work on that.

11/12/2014 11:14:02 AM Computer freezes up or runs very slow. I had Sophos antivirus software, but it expired in September. Sophos says it might be Powelticks virus. I do not remember when I purchased this computer. 2-3 years? Maybe more.
