4/13/2015 11:31:28 PM We purchased this Samsung at Best Buy with Geek Squad services. It has had a continual skipping around when typing paragraphs. Geek Squad has not been able to help it at all. I gave up taking it to them. I'm going to guess I've suffered with this computer for the entire 4 years I've had it ~ with no help in repairing it. Guessin 2011 was year of purchase.
