This computer was again freezing and slow so I ran another PC Matic scan but the slownessstayed I then did another recoveryn last night and have to reactivate eindows and dont have the windows key. Not sure of where to gonow

The speedtest said 2.51Mbps, but that wasn't indicative of my experience. I installed Norton yesterday and think that may have been the culprit. So, I uninstalled that, installed PCMatic, and am hoping for a better experience.

Of late, it has slowed down considerably. In my experience, compared to APC's (Apple platformed computers), MPC's (Microsoft platformed computers) are buggy and more frequently the targets of malware and viruses, let alone less user-friendly.
