4/15/2019 8:59:00 PM Not really sure right now, we just started using PC Matic. This is an old computer that we are trying to use PC Matic on becuase our main computer crashed. We just wanted some protection on before we started using this computer and decided we wanted to give PC Matic a try. We don't know if the computer is running slowly or not, it doesn't seem to be so I guess the answer is no. As far as needing reboots, the answer is the same we don't know at this point, but I guess the answer is no. Also, I don't know what year this computer was purchased. I am guessing that it was in 2015.

1/26/2021 8:05:05 PM On 3 different occasions, I had multiple flags come up on my screen when I tried to access my checking account online, the flags indicated a huge threat, to click to get help, etc. I got offline asap and shut down my computer. The first time it happened was probably 3 to 4 months ago, the last time was today just before I signed up for pcmatic. The first time, I actually clicked and almost gave access to someone claiming to be with microsoft and I suddenly realized I must NOT give him access. So, here I am. I haven't been able to determine if any threats were found, and I am having trouble getting additional devices to show up on my pcmatic screen...

9/24/2014 10:06:52 PM Had difficulty getting this to work. Has made some changes and seems to have improved online performance. Was getting popups about needing to update virus protection, my system, etc from unknown sources. Also frequently redirected to the wrong site. Hs not happened since I just ran your program. I am now going to rerun per your directions. I see there is a more thorough check so I will use it this time. Upgraded my satisfactin rating after I finally got it to work.

10/16/2017 10:17:48 PM Just installed PC Matic on 4 machines. 1.I would recommend you consider allowing scheduling the scans immidately upon install as the defalult scans don't allow scheduling until a full scan is done. This is a complete wast of several hours. 2. The program needs better progress indicators. One instll hung up on the first stage looking at the recycle folders. I had no idea as to what was going on and had to reboot the computer. In the security phase it sits at 91% for a long while..Yes the file names change, but it provides no indication as to progress. 3. In the scheduling phase the default does not place a check in the hard drive to defrag. Not sure if it's not checked, that the defag will even occure? WHY defalut for NO? In summary, until these items are better addressed, I would warn others about these areas, as they compicate the install and use.

6/7/2017 2:06:32 PM When it runs, it runs well. However, in the first year, the battery charger malfunctioned. It was replaced for free. In the second year, the battery died. Since I always keep my computer plugged in, I can't see why the battery would die so quickly. In the 3rd year, the disk drive started going bad. This is my 4th computer, and all of them have been more reliable.

I have spent over $460 repairing it twice and countless number of hours trying to open and list every file and picture on my pc that was recovered. What i want from you is a reinbursement for the oost of repairing my pc.
