7/17/2015 8:31:25 PM I bought it in 1-15 and had not used it for about a week and when I logged on everything was super slow and then programs would not respond, I called Acer and they suggested full restore where I would lose all my data, which I lost alot anyway by doing a refresher, something they did not tell me about. They wanted me to ship CPU to them and work on it for 7-10 days, but it seems to be running fine right now.
