5/25/2011 4:11:24 PM GREAT ; BUT ADDITIONAL PROGRAMS PROVIDED ARE NOT PART OF THE PACKAGE BUT OFFERED FOR SALE OR PRESCRIPTION. ACER ASSUMES USER HAS GOOD/EXCELLECT COMPUTER SKILLS. NOT TRUE IN MY OR PROBABLY MANY OTHER CASES. LOCATING DOCUMENTATION/ OPERATING OR USER MANUALS IS DIFFICULT.

3/3/2011 11:51:52 PM it has had to be rebooted and all cause i could not click on any of the icons. so i went in and deleted some things then rebooted. but that was a tempory fix.

Came home tonite and ck pc to collect, share etc and here the same problem with the same games, too tired to call them but will have to in morning...
