9/14/2010 7:31:08 PM This is a new PC but I wanted an easier way to keep the performance and drivers up-to-date than having to go to all these different places to do this. Dell recommended and sold me this software to do this. I also have another Dell PC that is having issues that I am hoping this will alleviate without hours of my time on the phone with Dell Techs trying to ID the problems. Thank you.

1/19/2010 7:57:37 AM dell/alienware screwed me. bait and switch. I wish I knew a site that could build computers as well and cheaper but still get the 12 gigs of mem and dual 295gtx cards because I can't build my own, i'm not a computer builder. If you know and can email me back in like 8 hours of a site that has good computers built with 12 gigs of mem and dual 295 gtx in stock please email me at [email protected] because I have less than a day to send this back or they won't accept it and I'm stuck with it. I also have a problem where the cursor seems to run on it's own every now and then with windows 7 likes it's doing something. I have ran every scan possible and been on help2go, no virus no malware. No one knows what is causing this. I'd like to just trade it back for my cash and buy a better pc, again I don't know any sites. falcon is expensive and I don't like how they let you configure things that won't even work.
