1/12/2010 4:06:47 PM I am very satisfied with my Computer and have few problems; it runs well and dependable. At present I have two problem; a foreign "PERSONAL SECURITY" has installed itself on my computer and I am unable to delete, remove or stop it from interferring with my regular program. The effort is to get me to buy the security for $79.95 and I do not want it; can you help me remove it. The other problem is when I log on, the start icons come on perfect and in a few seconds they go into a blurred enlarged program, sometimes it resloves itself an other times I need to restart the program. I cannot afford to purchase a new computer so any help will be appreciated. I have worked for HP and SLAC so feel I am well qualified using this computer.

8/11/2009 9:31:36 AM windows xp got corrupted. lost pressario restore cd. audio driver not installed. samsung dvd writer now become invisible in "My Computer". Video driver is thru trial and error. No problems in Ubuntu Linux.

10/15/2010 9:06:48 PM I'm using your scan cuz I love you! That aside. It's a old machine w/ a new hard drive, new install. I forgot what you told me bout safe browers settings. Hope there ok. Also, when viewing streaming videos, I can't use full screen. I hear it playing in the background, but the screen is black. Somethings off & I can't figure it out. I thought it might show up in the scan. Oh, I do have a newer, so called, faster modem, but haven't hooked it up yet. Did I mention I LOVE YOU GUYS?

3/7/2010 11:27:31 AM I can not get this program to work the way it should. It did not ask me for any of the information as stated in the quick start guide. When it is being installed it says that this a trial version. I don't believe that what I paid for was a trial version. Please let me know what to do to get this thing woprking properly.
