However, after using P C Matic, I can not believe this program has resolved some major issues for me. Thanks for advrstisng PCM and most of all there was no cost. I am amazed!!!!!

It seems to jump from the content of a particular incoming email to another..... randomly. Someone sent me a photo ......... and it kept popping up in other emails all day.............. I also want to make sure my printer works....... but I have only about a half-hour left.... My car is in the shop

3/18/2010 12:04:10 AM I bought your product for $29.99 after I ran a free test and it said I had problems. To fix them pay $29.99. I did through paypal and I was asked to scan again and the scan stops and locks up the pc at Progids scanned 7704. This product sucks. I want my money back.

8/28/2009 5:37:23 PM This computer had the XP Pro OS completely reinstalled a few weeks ago due to a trojan virus that killed the dll library. Until recently we were using the internal video accelerator, but now with running The Sims 3 we needed to install a NVidia GeForce 8400GS to handle the graphics as well as upgrade from 1GB to 2GB of RAM. We still get program locks with the graphics on The Sims 3, but just reinstalled the driver for it so we will see if there is an improvement. A leftover side effect of the virus is that our DVD drives no longer run at 100% and sometimes just stop working, hence the addition of a USB DVD drive (H).

6/6/2010 2:54:17 PM This PC has issues logging on the internet and downloading email. It just sits there at times trying to download and you get error messages with both IE and FireFox. Shutting the system down for a few days helps but it is only temporary. This system was looked at in 2009 and the tech said it needed configuration changes. That did not help. Also dell had me reconfigure it back to the original factory settings with no help either. I cannot figure out why it does this. Neither AVG or Symentec find any problems as well as a few different Malware and Spyware programs I have used. Have contacted AT&T to see if there were problems with the service and everytime there is not.
