I only did this 2 days ago and it seems to be a little better. There always seems to be a lot of processes running and I don't know what they are for so I can't do anything about it. That is why I bought this product because the guy told me it would take care of everything for me.

I don't know what to do about this problem. When I connect to the Windows Internext Explorer browser, the computer is very very slow so I use Google Chrome. Any suggestions. Also, a window showed "incompatible software" when the Super Shield screen came on.

In order to get out of it, you would have to hit cancel four times. After the initial scan with PC Matic, we noticed that it is still there so we are hoping that there is a way that it can be fixed.

8/20/2009 4:36:04 PM When I download pictures on a read/write CD they download but I get error messages when I try to delete or move them saying the CD is a read only. I change the disk from read to other than read but it always reverts back to read only. The disks are clearly RW disks though but won't function as one. My computer is unusually slow even though I've defragged it and used System Mechanic to clean it every night.

9/8/2009 1:20:14 PM When it hangs, even the clock stops. However, MediaCenter 2005 continues to play but, controls no longer works. Today I did a clean and dusting of the base unit - was very dusty. I removed each care to re-seat them and blow the dust off. Removed the CPU heat disapator blew it out along with the fans. Been running fine for the past few hours.

1/9/2010 10:23:43 PM computer was giving a memory error E:x00000008 (?) when using internet explorer and finally shut down completely and could only be restarted in safe mode. Sent to compuware/tigerdirect service to repair and have only had the computer back 30 days or so and the computer is starting to run extremely slow, locks up at times, sometimes screen goes black and will not shut down. I have to hold the start button in for 10 - 15 seconds just to get the computer to shut down. Then when the computer is turned on it takes at least 8 mins or more for everything to come up and we have only used 10% of the hard drive space. Not sure what is going on and don't want to send it back to compuware/tigerdirect. Also, I'm a ca employee and know that you can help.

11/24/2009 3:09:16 PM extremly annoying pop ups keep re occuring and internet explorer does not operrate correctly consistantly freezing. also computer does not multi task very well after the computer has been cleaned up also has a extremly slow start up. generally not satisfied.
