The only complaint I have is that when I have had to call Dell support for assistance I get someone in India who can't speak or understand English. I end up having to call a local company at my own expense to get help.

1/14/2010 5:45:50 PM Just had to reinstall Vista after I fouled up my internet connection. I had lost my volume and network icons from the system tray and was trying to recover them. Long story short, I couldn't get on the net, and figured it would be easier to format my HD, to clear up a couple other issues I created a year ago as well. Now reinstalling all my programs and want to get a profile while the system is fresh and uncluttered.

It is someties required to shut down all programs running to run even the simplest of programs, such as running the dell all in one printer program. video playback on games produces a "halo" or glow effect.

4/28/2011 11:30:26 AM I was told by CA Technician when he installed the antivirus program my computer had 17 stopped drivers. This PC Tune-Up program has not reinstalled 17 updated drivers. I'm not happy with the slowness of the computer nor this PC Tune Up program. I installed more memory and any increase in speed is probably due to that.
