6/8/2009 12:55:01 PM much improvment when I doubled the amount of ram to 4 gigabyte and added a dedicated video card of 256 megabyte. Recently a new hard drive was added. The original drive was dying. The data transfer rate declined a lot.

8/7/2010 6:39:53 AM ever since i got your program you sent me to yogi and my comp. has not working propley it worked good befor you got a hold of of my comp. the only thing that was worng was that you sead was my printer was giving wornings then you sent me to yogi to fix now my comp. i cant re boot it get stuck on f2 f12 and i half to hard boot (hold start botton to restart comp.) and my inter net is slow i never had this problem befor you got a hold of my comp. please fix my comp. thank you mike

So, since I had purchased your protection in January, I felt I should re-install and try you again. I had Norton before and I selected you folks as you promised a faster working computer. 8/11/2011 9:19:56 AM Just took ownership back from trusted installer, WHICH TOOK OVER ALL OF THE FILES AND FOLDERS ON MY COMPUTER, I WAS UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD OR USE ANY OF THE PROGRAMS INCLUDING Pc MATIC, found out it was a virus from Adobe flash player, that takes ownership of a computer, I had to restore my computer to factory settings, the only way I was able to do this was holding ctrl and pf8 at the start up of the computer.

7/25/2010 2:31:48 PM I spent from November 2009 to today trying to get this PC fixed. I have installed an external hard drive and additional RAM. You installed a new C drive. I installed PC Tune-Up. This has cost me several hundred dollars and you can not fix it. I was told, when I purchased this unit, that I would have on site service. It turns out that is only 50% true. You provide on site service for mechanical problems but not for software of firmware problems. I told everyone from the sales person to the maintenance people that I know very little about computers however you insist that I fix my problems with your phone support. This has not worked.
