1/22/2018 3:57:37 PM My other computor, DJ Baby, A laptop, downloaded the PC Matic updates a month or two ago, and it killed it. I have tried system restore and all other methods to revive it, short of formatting it. Any way of mailing it to you and getting you to revive it? I really don't want to lose everything on it. What happened is worse than a virus. The other one is fine.

6/5/2016 6:03:44 PM A scammer called my listed land line number and told another user of this computer that they wer calling from microsoft to inform us that someone had stolen our windows licence number. the scammer was given control over this PC via wifi for about 15 minutes. This scammer wanted $199. and our windows licence number to reactivate windows and secure our computer. At this time I was informed and asked for the credit card info. I sensed it was a scam hung up the phone and disconected the computer from wifi and turned the computer off. Later I attempted to restart the computer and it would not restart normally. I contacted Dell and was advised that the safest option was to do a system restore to factory reset which I did. Thank god I didnt have any files on this computer and only use it for email, web searches and the enjoyment of porn.
