9/21/2014 11:12:30 PM My only displeasure with this coputer is McAfee constantly popping up. I can now disable it. I am 66 and got this dell free with points from a CC. I am looking forward to dealing with an American company who isn't going to add any problems to my short time online. I will put this on my husbands lap top that has all kinds of problems. I am putting alot of trust in your performance. If it works on his computer you will have my business for life. y last computer blue screened constantly,said it had a fatal hardware problem. Would have liked to know if you could have helped, but it is gone..YEA ! So far so good on this one. I have never had any luck with anything except all Intel inside.

4/13/2016 12:34:03 PM Unsure re: satisfaction, this is my first day using PC Matic. I dropped Mc Afee for PCM to compare affectiveness. Major difference is; Mc Afee gives you the numbe of temporary files it detected and removed, along with other corrections it made to computer.

6/19/2015 8:23:20 PM I had Avast Premier Antivirus/Malware/Firewall proection, and I had occasion to use their remote tech support. Their so-called technicians fouled up my machine so badly that it would not connect to the internet. I repaired the problem myself, called Avast and cancelled all of my subscriptions, requested a refund of their Avast Total Support package and all of my unused time for my subscriptions, removed Avast from my machine, and purchased pcMatic. I pray that you live up to my expectations. Thank You.

I tried to go back and get it to factory original working and then I lost my microsoft office. I would like to get this computer repaired because replacing it is too expensive at this time.
