12/1/2017 6:01:02 PM I am very satisfied with this comupter. Windows 10 is new to me but I am catching on to it. I would have to question why I can no longer let me pc on all the time. I never shut it off. I does go into sleep mode and I touch the space bar to wake up the system. Prior to buying the PC Matic virus program, my computer stop going into sleep mode. This may have happened after downloading an update. I wish this computer would not shut down. We run our wifi throug the computer and this is the only way our cell phones will work. Our cell phones will not work when the computer is off. Any help in fixing this problem would be greatly appreciated. Other thatn shutting down all the time, I am very satisfied with the computer. Reboots never happen while I am using the computer, only if I quite using it and come back after leaving it. It will shut down on its own.

On the second insatnce the operation of the Mouse & Keyboard were invalidated. Both times I have had to have the unit rebuilt!

11/1/2016 6:51:39 AM On many of my PC's, older ones, or my newest one. I have the casings open, stripped out of any pickup cards from the boards and motherboards, like the mics and webcam ports of those cards stripped out. Also Eternet and Wi-Fi cards stripped out of some of them. That even when I go to Control Panel > System > Device Manager. There are absolutely no pickup devices of webcam or microphone showing. But these manufacturer criminals like Dell, Samsung and others are putting internet in the damn monitors of mobile technology, that even worse than that, combining that with mics and secret webcams in the bases of their monitors. Who puts internet into a Monitor? I thought that goes into the PC? Even on their Retail Boxes and Advertisements, they don't indicate mobile and mics inside, but just tricky phrases like audio downstream, like for Dell and others. There should be a clear law, to clearly advertise those as, "Teleconferencing Mobile Monitors". So does PC Matic protect what's inside the monitor as well, or only the PC? Or to rephrase, does PC Matic safeguard these internal mobile functions inside the monitor, or only the display part of it, or only the PC? Thank you so much for your product, and service!

1/23/2018 8:53:26 PM Wouldn't reboot after dell updates: I bought the computer in 08-17 (when I renewed with you.) Dell said they would honor warranty when I e-mailed my recipt,(which I did,)then declined to help me, as I bought it off the floor and it was about 15 months old. I had it 5 months when dell updates kept it from booting, so I fixed it myself. I DON'T LIKE WIN 10 OR CORTANA! I wiped it out and reloaded Win 10 and PC Matic.

3/20/2018 1:16:30 PM This computer has had to have the hard drive replaced and recently was sent back to Dell for an operating system failure, luckily all within the 1 year warranty period. We have just received it back.
