7/25/2012 10:35:47 PM I love it - But recently has been a little sluggish. I delete cookies and do disk clean up and have disk defrag set to do weekly scans. - I was so happy to be offered the tune up option to my virus protection. I'm hoping it helps and I have great results.

I will be staisfied if my web page opens in about 2 sces!! JK overall. I just installed but I will provide any feedback.

10/20/2010 12:40:36 AM I NOT FOR SURE WHEN I BOUGHT MY COMPUTER BUT I BOUGHT THIS TUNE UP 2.0 3 USERS ON OCTOBER 2010 I KNOW WITH DIAL UP THE COMPUTER RUNS VERY SLOW, I RUN MY ANTIVIRUS PROTECTION AND IT NEVER SHOWED ANY VIRUS UNTIL AFTER I TOOK MY COMPUTER BACK AS IT WAS SENT TO ME. NOW THAT I HAVE DONE THAT I ALWAYS HAVE COOKIES SHOW UP NO MATTER IF I RUN A QUICK SCAN OR A FULL SCAN. WHEN I SPOKE WITH A TECK PERSON THEY SAID WITH THIS PC TUNE UP 2.0 SHOULD HELP MY COMPUTER RUN BETTER. SO I WILL GIVE THIS A TRY FOR THE YEAR THAT I BOUGHT IT FOR. BUT IF I KNOW NOW ABOUT DELL I WOULD HAD NEVER BOUGHT A DELL.

8/23/2010 8:48:23 PM Just in the last few weeks, it's started getting laggy, jerky. I am a technical writer, but lately have done some game testing for extra money, and many of the timed tasks don't work right because of the lagginess. I have Norton's installed. Also, I am on DSL, and sometimes when calls come in, it gets knocked offline. But even as I write this note, it will write about fifty characters, then it will pause, like it's always in catch up or overload mode. Thank you so much for your consideration and potential help :)
